*** The day before your appointment (24 hours prior), please cleanse (shampoo), condition & detangle from roots to ends in the shower, do not add any styling products after rinsing. Allowing your hair to fully air dry before your appointment will help me give you the best and most accurate cut possible.
Please don’t arrive with your hair in a ponytail, bun, braid or twist out. These will disrupt your natural curl pattern, and how your hair falls once taken down is absolutely not the ideal way it needs to lay for me to give you the quality cut that I’m known for.
**Our curly cuts, pintura highlights and colors are not meant to be worn straight. Each of our curly cuts and colors are customized to each individual curl pattern and when straightened it just won’t look good. It’s the same as getting a straight wet haircut and seeing it doesn’t look good curly. If you are getting a curly cut with us, we hope that your commitment to always wearing your hair in its natural curly state is great.
*I love your little ones, but I do have a no-kids policy in place for my salon unless they are the ones receiving the service. I don’t have a dedicated safe space for children to be while I’m working, and it can be dangerous for them because there are chemicals, and other hazards within reach of little hands. Having kids in the salon while you’re receiving a service is not only a safety risk to them but a liability issue with my business, so it isn’t allowed under any circumstances. If you arrive at your appointment with children, your appointment will be rescheduled, your deposit will be forfeited and/or you will be charged the full amount for appointment.
*Babies & toddlers in strollers are the only exception to this policy, as long as they remain in the stroller during servicing.
*No extra guests will be allowed into the salon unless it’s a parent accompanying a minor that has an appointment.
* We have on street metered parking only. Please bring quarters.

*If you arrive 10 minutes past the start of your appointment, I will not be able to provide your service, and you’ll need to reschedule. Deposit will be forfeited and/or you will be charged the full amount of appointment.
*Valid credit or debit card will be required on file when booking.
**Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know before 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment time. Cancellations, rescheduling or no shows within a 72-hour time frame (3 days) will result in your deposit being forfeited and/ or a 100% charge of the total service cost. No exceptions.

Should there be an issue with your service, please be sure to call the salon as soon as possible, as we do offer a complimentary adjustment service within 2 weeks of previous service, again, no refunds.
